OMYA and the Pittsford Recreation Department would like to make this the biggest year yet for Green Up Day in Vermont. Join in to help keep the Mountains of Vermont Green!
FREE Hot Dogs, Chips and a Drink for all volunteers at the Town Office from 11am-1pm courtesy of OMYA and Keith’s Country Store!
The first 50 people to sign up a GROUP will get FREE High visibility Green Up Day Shirts provided by OMYA.

We hope you will stop by to mingle with your neighbors. Join us for some fun!
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! Please consider spending an hour or two with your friends and neighbors to help clean up our roadsides on Saturday, May 4th.
Lothrop students will be mapping the roads covered so please contact Randy Adams with the location you will be Greening Up!
Omya will provide Green Up Day waste collection that will be located at the Town Municipal Office on 426 Plains Road courtesy of Brad Keith. *Residents are strongly encouraged to drop off their full Green Up Day bags at the Town Office.*
Omya personnel will be available from 9 am to 1 pm to assist people unloading their Green Up Day bags and filling the dumpster. As in prior years, Green Up Day bags can also be deposited at the Transfer Station.
FREE Green Up Day bags will be available at the Town Offices from May 1 to May 4 from Randy Adams, Pittsford Recreation Director. Randy will be coordinating the volunteers and the roads to be covered. If you plan on helping, please contact Randy at 802-483-6500 ext. 17 or e-mail him at .87.200. We hope to see you out and about on May 4 helping to make Pittsford a cleaner town for all to enjoy.
