The 1st Annual Bike Safety Day is scheduled for Saturday, 4/25/15 at 11 am at the Pittsford Recreation Area. Planned events so far are FREE HELMET GIVE AWAY to each kid who attends. The Rutland Kiwanis’s Club will be providing properly fitting bike helmets for the kids. Bring your bikes as the Pittsford Police Dept. will be on site to register each bike so if the bike is ever becomes lost or stolen the bike can be returned to the owner. Lothrop PTO kindly has volunteered their time and will be handing out Child ID cards to all kids who need them. Free BBQ lunch for everyone who attends. Prizes and Bike equipment Giveaways.
