Pittsford Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) Notice – 8/11/2021
RE: Follow up Information on Public Hearings held 8/2/2021
Regarding Application 21-24 from Michael & Kerry Merrill: This request for approval is for a Contractor Yard and Wood Manufacturing. The ZBA Recessed this Hearing until Monday August 16, 2021.
At 6:00 pm on 8/16, the ZBA will conduct a Site Visit at 7060 VT Rt.7. The purpose is to observe the project location subject to the Application. The Public may attend, but testimony will not be taken. The ZBA will then move proceedings to the Town Offices at 426 Plains Road, to reconvene the Public Hearing at 7:00 pm.
Regarding Application 21-25 from Travis Bovey (dba Boondock Motors): On 8/2/2021, the ZBA has closed this Hearing to testimony (except for receipt of some specific documents).
On August 23, 2021, The ZBA is scheduled to meet in Deliberative Session to review the applicable rules, testimony, and work towards a decision. Deliberative Session(s) are Not Open to the Public.
