Call the Public Meeting to order.
Approve or Amend the Public Meeting’s Agenda.
Introduction & Presentation of Meeting Procedure.

Open Public Hearing for Application 21-34 by Michael & Kerry Merrill, dba M&M Lawn Care & Trucking LLC for a Change of Use to portions of their property at 7060 Rt 7 (Parcel 0095) to serve as a Contractor’s Yard and for Wood Manufacturing, located in the Commercial and Rural Zoning district.

  1. Swear in any Interested Parties, review written testimony , receive oral testimony.
  2. Following discussion; the ZBA may elect to conduct, or schedule, a site review.
  3. Close or recess the Public Hearing.

Open Public Hearing for Application 21-35 by Travis & Erica Bovey, dba Boondock Motors for a change in their current Conditional Use permit (#09-51), to include expanded repair/body shop, trucking, and vehicle recovery and storage/impoundment services on their land at 670 Hollister Quarry Road (Parcel 0118) and adjacent leased property. The properties are in the Industrial zoning district.

  1. Swear in any Interested Parties, review written testimony , receive oral testimony.
  2. Following discussion; the ZBA may elect to conduct, or schedule, a site review.
  3. Close or recess the Public Hearing.

Request any other Public Input (time may be limited).
Enter Deliberative Session; as required.
Exit Deliberative Session and issue instructions to the Zoning Administrator.
Discuss other business and future schedules, if any.
Adjourn the Meeting.
