The Pittsford Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) did not reach a decision, following their 6/4/2018 Public Hearing on Application 17-38 by Pittsford Retail BTS LLC, to construct a retail sales facility at 40 Plains Road. The Hearing was closed to testimony and the ZBA is now in Deliberative Session. This Deliberative Session is scheduled to continue on Monday evening 6/11/2018 at Town Offices. Deliberative Sessions are closed to the Public.
