Betsey Morgan stated that the last presentation was very complete, however, at the end, all were tired and members of the public felt “short changed”. Barb Lalancette stated that she fells that the public input is also important in the presentation and decision. Steve Pilcher stated that there should be a recess if there are more people to present and speak. R. Conway stated that he feels that Chairman Markowski has done a good job with the presentations and has requested the full board be present for the Deliberative Session discussion.
