PITTSFORD MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY

PITTSFORD FIRE HOUSE  –  May 28, 2018

Ceremony follows the Parade which starts at 12:30 p.m. at the Village Green—ACROSS ROUTE 7 TO ARCH  STREET TO THE FIRE HOUSE.

Salute to the Flag:  Led by the Scouts

Star Spangled Banner:    Otter Valley Union High School Band & Neshobe Lothrop Elementary Band

Lothrop School Essay Winners:

Military Medley:  Otter Valley Union High School Band, Patrick Roberts, Director

Benediction:  Burton Reynolds, Chaplain, Post 55 Brandon American Legion

 

Refreshments will follow the Benediction at the Fire House on Pleasant St.

In case of heavy rain, the parade will be cancelled and the ceremony will take place in the Fire House at 12:30 p.m.  Please park at the school or on a side street.

All are welcome to come to the Museum following the ceremony to see a presentation of photos and news articles honoring Pittsford’s veterans from all eras.
