PUBLIC NOTICE of Pittsford Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA)
Schedule for Site Review and Continued Public Hearing
for application #17-38 by Pittsford Retail BTS LLC to construct a
retail store at 40 Plains Road, Pittsford on MONDAY MARCH 26, 2018
The ZBA will conduct a Site Review at the project location at 5:30 pm. The purpose of this Review is to view the location of proposed site improvements.
Parking will be limited, so those attending are asked to park at Town Office and carpool with others; or turn around at Town Office and park (facing west) only on the north side of Plains Road, and not closer than 100 feet to Rt. 7.
Following the Site Review, the continued Public Hearing will convene at 7:00 pm, at Pittsford Town Hall/Lathrop Gym, at 3347 US Rt. 7, Pittsford Village. Doors will be open by 6:30 pm, and the Public is encouraged to arrive early, in order to register their attendance and review the Project’s application & revisions.
