NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PITTSFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA)

LOCATION: The preferred Hearing Location is to be at the Town Office Conference Room at 426 Plains Road. IF participation exceeds the Conference Room capacity, the Hearing will be moved to the Lothrop School Cafeteria at 3447 Rt. 7, Pittsford Village. Therefore, Participants are to arrive at the Town Office by 6:45 pm; register their attendance, and be prepared to submit verbal &/or written testimony in order to qualify as an “Interested Party”, or they may forfeit their right to appeal the decision of the ZBA in VT Environmental Court
At 7:00 pm, or as soon as possible if the Proceeding is relocated to Lothrop School; the ZBA will conduct a Public Hearing to review Application #17-38:
A Conditional Use Application by Pittsford BTS Retail, LLC to construct a 9100+/- sq. ft. retail sales facility, with associated parking and site work, lighting and signage; at 40 Plains Road (corner of Plains Road & VT Rt. 7).
A complete Copy of the Application is available for review (or purchase prior to the Hearing) in the Town Office at 426 Plains Road.
