PITTSFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA)

At 7:00 pm; the ZBA will review an Application by Robb Spensley to amend a current Conditional Use Permit (#16-14), for his Law Office and Apartment building at 3232 US Rt. 7. The request is to change the approved parking areas for (4) vehicles. A complete Application (#17- 25) is available for viewing at Town Offices.
Interested parties should be present, or submit written testimony by the start of the Hearing or they may forfeit their right to appeal the decision of the ZBA.
