PUBLIC NOTICE: TOWN OF PITTSFORD, VT
The Pittsford Select Board will conduct Public Hearings, pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Section 4442, on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., to consider adoption of revised Pittsford Zoning and Special Flood Hazard Area Ordinances, drafted and proposed by the Town’s Planning Commission.
Any Interested Parties are to be in attendance ( signed in within 15 minutes of the start of the Hearing) and participate by presenting written or oral testimony, or they may forfeit their right to appeal any decision of the Select Board in VT Environmental Court.
This Hearing will be conducted at Town Offices, 426 Plains Road, Pittsford Village.
A copy of the current and proposed Zoning & Flood Hazard Area Ordinances are available in the Town Offices for review, or purchase ($15), and are on the Town’s website: www.pittsfordvermont.com .
