Liquor Board Meeting
April 6, 2016

The meeting was called to order at 7:25 PM by Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Chairman.
Liquor Board members present: Jane Cornell, W. Joseph Gagnon, David Trombley, Thomas Hooker, and Thomas “Hank” Pelkey. Also present: Shawn Erickson, Chief M. Warfle, John Haverstock and Kelly Giard – Recording Secretary.
The minutes of the March 16, 2016 Liquor Board meeting were signed, with no corrections.
NEW BUSINESS
The Liquor Board received a First Class License request from the Pittsford Pub & Grill. Motion by T. Hooker and seconded by D. Trombley to approve. Motion passed unanimously 5 – 0.
The Liquor Board received an Outside Consumption request from the Pittsford Pub & Grill. Motion by T. Hooker and seconded by J. Cornell to approve. Motion passed unanimously 5 – 0.
The Liquor Board received a Second Class License request from Keith’s Country Store. Motion by D. Trombley and seconded by J. Cornell to approve. Motion passed unanimously 5 – 0.
The Liquor Board received a First Class License request Bondo, Inc. dba Garofano’s (at the Proctor-Pittsford Golf Club). Motion by D. Trombley and seconded by J. Cornell to approve. Motion passed 4 – 0 – 1 (Pelkey abstained).
The Liquor Board received an Outside Consumption request from Bondo, Inc. dba Garofano’s (at the Proctor-Pittsford Golf Club) Motion by J. Cornell and seconded by D. Trombley to approve. Motion passed 4 – 0 – 1 (Pelkey abstained).
The Liquor Board adjourned at 7:33 PM.
