PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF PITTSFORD, VERMONT
PLANNING COMMISSION
1. REFERENCE: Application for Subdivision submitted by Timothy Baker, property owner, for property located at 224 Butler Lane(Florence), Parcel ID #0347, Pittsford, Vermont.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Proposal to subdivide parcel of land currently consisting of 10.69 acres into two (2) parcels being +8.67 acres for Lot 1 and+2.02 acres for Lot 2.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the above application and other matters as may regularly come before the Commission on Thursday August 28, 2014 at 7:00pm in the Municipal Office Building, 426 Plains Road, Pittsford, Vermont. The application, with accompanying documents, is available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Thursday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
Participation in the public hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
