ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
1. Reference: Application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment by Robert and Jeryl Larson, of 98 Arch Street in the Town of Pittsford VT, appealing the issuance of a zoning permit by the Zoning Administrator to Jacqueline Whitehorne, of 58 Arch Street in the Town of Pittsford VT, to construct a fence being 6 feet in height in the vicinity along portions of her property lines. Said permit was issued on October 31, 2013. The appeal was filed on November 14, 2013. The appeal period ended on November 15, 2013 at midnight. Said parcels are located in the Village Zoning District.
Purpose of Request: Article XIV Section 1401 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Pittsford VT allows any person aggrieved by a decision of the Zoning Administrator to appeal said decision to the Zoning Board of Adjustment within 15 days of the issuance of the permit. The Zoning Board of Adjustment has 60 days to conduct a public hearing.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the above scheduled matter and other matters as may regularly come before the Board on December 16, 2013 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office Conference Room, 426 Plains Road, Pittsford, Vermont. The application for appeal, with accompanying documents, are available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Thursday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
