TOWN OF PITTSFORD, VERMONT
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
1. Reference: Application by Michael and Mary Blanchard for a conditional use permit to display vehicles for sale and to allow for a seasonal farmers’ market (from time-to-time) on property located at 4168 U.S. Route 7, Parcel ID #0098, in the Town of Pittsford, Vermont. Said parcel is located in the Village Zoning District.
Purpose of Request: Section 300 of the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Pittsford requires that motor vehicle sales, whether new or used, and retail sales (to include farmers’ markets and other than those specifically listed in Section 300) receive a conditional use approval from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the above scheduled matter and other matters as may regularly come before the Board on January 7, 2013 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office Conference Room, Plains Road, Pittsford, Vermont. The application, with accompanying documents, are available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Thursday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
