2. Reference: Application for Subdivision submitted by Robert C. Forrest (applicant and owner) for property located at Allen Mills Road, Parcel ID #0437, in the Town of Pittsford, Vermont.
Purpose of Request: Proposal to subdivide parcel of land currently consisting of 265 acres into two (2) parcels consisting of +227 acres and 38.2 acres.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the above applications and other matters as may regularly come before the Commission on Thursday June 28th 2012 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office Conference Room, Plains Road, Pittsford, Vermont. The applications, with accompanying documents, are available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Thursday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
Participation in the public hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
