Meeting Agenda : Zoning Board of Adjustment




1.       Reference: Application by Jason Cadwell (owner) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (applicant) to grade approximately 120 cubic yards within the flood plain in order to restore wetland functions on property located on Elm Street, Parcel ID #1592, consisting of approximately 34 acres in the Town of Pittsford, Vermont.


Purpose of Request: Section V.C.3 of the Flood Hazard Area Regulations for the Town of Pittsford requires that an applicant receive approval from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a conditional use for grading within the flood plain.


The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the above scheduled matter and other matters as may regularly come before the Board on June 18, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Municipal Office Conference Room, Plains Road, Pittsford, Vermont.  The application, with accompanying documents, are available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday, 8:00am to 1:00pm, and Thursday, 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
