Call to Order.

Deliberation.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue with its deliberations, recessed from its meeting and public hearing on March 19, 2012, for the following applications:

Request:  Appeal from an Administrative Decision denying the construction of an off-premise sign by Travis Bovey (Boondock Motors) on lands owned by Omya Inc. 284 West Creek Road, Parcel ID #0992, in the Town of Pittsford.

Applicant:  Travis Bovey.

Property Owner:  Omya, Inc.

Request:  Application for a variance from Section 1115. C of the Zoning Ordinance allowing the placement of a recreational vehicle (RV) for farm labor housing from April 1 to November 25 of 2012 and 2013, whereas the Section 1115.C limits the occupancy of an RV to no more than 90 days in any 12-month period, on lands owned by Jared Cadwell, 697 Elm Street, Parcel #1592, in the Village of Florence.
