Proctor Water News Post re User Payments

The Town of Pittsford has learned that Proctor and/or Proctor’s lawyer, Paul Kulig, will soon be in touch with customers slated to lose their water service in December, 2012 to explain the method by which they can receive their per capita share of the $250,000. set aside to assist such users to find alternative water sources.

Please watch the mails closely and carefully comply with any instructions contained in such mailing. This is likely to be the LAST CHANCE given to affected Proctor Water customers to receive any funds.
