Reference Application for Variance Permit by Stephen Hitchcock (Owner and Applicant) for property located at 794 Hitchcock Road, Parcel ID # 0671, in the Town of Pittsford.


Purpose of Request:  Variance to front setback requirements for a one car pre-built garage.


The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the above scheduled matter and other matters as may regularly come before the Board on Monday June 6, at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Office Conference Room, Plains Road, Pittsford, VT.  The application, with accompanying documents, are available for public review at the Municipal Offices, Monday through Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM., Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
