Mitchell’s Tees Water
Permit Application
T. Mitchell described plans
for water connection to new building. The
Water Board reviewed the blueprint as submitted.
The print requires replacement of 1” line to a 1 1/2” line from the
curb stop to the existing building. T.
Mitchell stated this change had been deleted on later plans and will verify with
the State. Updated details of this
plan will be submitted. T. Mitchell
and the Water Board discussed preferred method for the new buildings water
connection. The new building will
have a separate line running from the curb stop to the south end of the new
building. A meter and remote will
be installed in the new building. The
Water Board approved the permit application upon receipt of new drawing to
clarify the 1” to 1 ½” line discrepancy.
T. Mitchell requested
refund of tapping fee if this process isn’t necessary.
Permit fees and requirements will be reviewed to determine if a refund
should be granted.
Four Seasons Lane
Project
H. McKinlay will contact P.
Kulig on status of the Rosoff right of way required for the Four Seasons Lane
upgrade. The State has requested an
engineering drawing and consultant’s signature on the Town of Pittsford’s
Construction Permit prior to State review.
C. Hanrahan will contact T. Nesbitt to determine the best means to
accomplish this quickly so that the project can move forward this summer.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where

blaze and paint the Town’s property line at Parker’s. B. Babcock will discuss this with Dave Parker and request he
