Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 7:25 PM. Water Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, Joseph Gagnon, David Markowski, and Thomas Hooker. Also present were Michael Balch, Linda Drummond, Tom Carrara, Gary Gallipo, and Ralph Reynolds.
MINUTES The minutes of October 4, 2006 were approved.
OLD BUSINESS
Installing new water meters was addressed in the Select Board Meeting October 18, 2006 in the Town Manager’s Report.
The Draft letter for the schedule for the amended operating water permit was discussed and reviewed by the Board. Bruce Babcock, Linda Drummond, and Michael Balch are working on the items the State Water Board has outlined that need revising. The schedule is an extremely aggressive one but it is the timeline that the State Water Board gave the Select Board. The work will be done to comply with the timeline.
