Town of Pittsford Sewer Board Minutes 7/14//04
Larry Pomainville opened the meeting at 6:30 P.M. The Board members present were: Larry Pomainville, Dave Markowski, Joe Gagnon and Allan Hitchcock. Thomas “Hank” Pelkey was absent. Also present were Michael Balch, and Gary Fern.
EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where premature general public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a substantial disadvantage, A. Hitchcock moved and D. Markowski seconded a motion to go into Legal issues at 6:35 P.M. The Board unanimously agreed to go into executive session. Michael Balch and Gary Fern were invited to stay. The Board came out of executive session at 8:20 P.M.
Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 8:23 P.M.
