Sewer Board Minutes
2/4/04
Thomas “Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 7:25 P.M. The
Board members present were: Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Larry Pomainville, Dave
Markowski, Allen Hitchcock and Joseph Gagnon. Also present were Don Nickless,
Helen McKinlay, Michael Balch, Kristen Balch, Tom Carrara and Paula Bizon
Recording Secretary.
MINUTES
The Sewer Board corrected minutes of 1/21/04 were
reviewed, discussed and approved.
ORDERS
The orders of 2/4/04 were reviewed, discussed and
approved.
OTHER BUSINESS
GME
The Board discussed the “as built” drawings provided by
GME. H. Pelkey will contact G. Kupferer and direct him on the draft letter
that will be sent to GME.
Water Foreman Backup
The Board requested recommendations to the Water Foreman
backup. The Board reviewed the licenses of individuals that are licensed.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where premature general
public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a
substantial disadvantage, the Board unanimously agreed to go into executive
session for Personnel at 7:42 P.M. Don Nickless was invited to stay. All
others were excused. The Board came out of executive session at 9:15 P.M.
