Town of Pittsford Special Select Board Meeting April 25, 2006 Select Board members present were Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Thomas Hooker, W. Joseph Gagnon, Allen Hitchcock, and David Markowski. Listers present were John Eugair, Jean Harvie, and Nancy Gaudreau. Also present were Wayne Rowe, Robin Rowe, and Bonnie Bourne. The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM by Hank Pelkey. OLD BUSINESS The Listers discussed the status of the town wide reappraisal.
At 7:12 PM, H. Pelkey made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel and contracts. The motion was seconded by D. Markowski. The motion was approved. A. Hitchcock abstained. Listers were invited to stay and all others were excused. EXECUTIVE SESSION In accordance with 1VSA 312(b) where premature general public knowledge would clearly place the Municipality or person involved at a substantial disadvantage, the Board unanimously agreed to go into executive session for Personnel at 7:12 PM. Listers were invited to stay. All others were excused. The Board came out of executive session at 8:00 PM. A motion was made by A. Hitchcock that the Select Board request from the Listers a written description of the entire appraisal process which will become a part of these minutes, and that the Listers attend the May 4, 2006 informational meeting at Lothrop gym. The motion was seconded by T. Hooker. The motion was unanimously approved. With no further business, the Board adjourned at 8:00PM.
