Thomas "Hank" Pelkey opened the meeting at 8:45PM. Liquor Control Board members present were: Thomas "Hank" Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, David Markowski, and Thomas Hooker. Allen Hitchcock was absent. Also present were Michael Balch, Linda Drummond, Kathleen Ramsay, Randal Adams, David Rowe, Joseph Sposta, and Tom Carrara.
NEW BUSINESS Consider Request to Cater Malt and Vinous Beverages & Spirituous Liquors
Request from Marebear LLC d/b/a as State Street Shenanigans of Proctor to cater beer and wine only for a wedding reception at the Pittsford Recreation Area on May 26, 2007. T. Hooker made a motion to accept the request to cater malt and vinous beverages from Marebear LLC on May 26, 2007 at the wedding reception at the Pittsford Recreation Area.
Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 8:47 PM.
