Town of Pittsford Liquor Board Minutes
 February 21, 2007   

Thomas “ Hank” Pelkey opened the meeting at 7:49 PM.  Liquor Control Board members present were:  Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Joseph Gagnon, David Markowski,  and Thomas Hooker. Allen Hitchcock was absent.  Also present were Michael Balch, Linda Drummond, and Tom Carrara.

NEW BUSINESS

Consider First Class Liquor License Application for Long Meadow Grill

D. Markowski made a motion to accept the First Class Liquor License Application for Long Meadow Grill.  T. Hooker seconded the motion.  Hank Pelkey recused himself.

The motion passed with a 3 to 0 vote and H. Pelkey recused.

Consider Second Class Liquor License Application  for Dick’s Mobil

D. Markowski made a motion to accept the Second Class Liquor License Application for Dick’s Mobil.  J. Gagnon seconded the motion.  The motion was approved with a 4 to 0 vote.

Without any further business, the Board adjourned at 7:52 PM.
