In the recent Pittsford Newsletter the Recreation Department advertised our annual Winter Celebration at the Recreation Area for Saturday, February 25 with a Lack of snow date of Saturday, March 3. With the help of the Recreation Committee and looking at the extended forecast it was decided that the 2012 Winter Celebration will take place on Saturday, March 3 at 1pm regardless if there’s snow on the ground or not. The Recreation Department plans to offer fun outdoor activities for families to take part in regardless the ground cover.
