KICKBOXING 2013
This POPULAR one hour workout incorporates aerobic conditioning, strength and abdominal work. It’s sure to help you begin to lose some of that extra weight, while increasing your energy level.
WHEN: Tuesdays starting January 8, 2013 through May 28, 2013 with the exception of Feb. 12.
TIME: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
WHERE: Lothrop School Gym
FEE: $6 per class (pay as you go) or $15 for all 3 classes
