Zoning Enforcement Officer, Kenneth Niemczyk
The Town has a Zoning Enforcement Officer, Kenneth Niemczyk, who works part-time to assure compliance with the zoning ordinance and other land use ordinances. He reviews permit applications as well and works with the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment, which considers appeals of his rulings. Monday – 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Thursday – 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
