Amy Loomis
The Town has a Zoning Enforcement Officer, Amy Loomis, who works part-time to assure compliance with the zoning ordinance and other land use ordinances. She reviews permit applications as well and works with the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment, which considers appeals of her rulings.
