Listers
Pittsford has three Listers who assess real property and annually generate a Grand List from which property taxation is derived to fund government operations. Transfer Station and Recycling
Operations at Pittsford’s Transfer Station, where garbage can be taken and recyclables disposed of, are run by a collection of part-time staff. The Town’s Water Superintendent is Bruce Babcock, who, like his predecessors before him, has given decades of round-the-clock service to the Town and its residents. Zoning
The Town has a Zoning Enforcement Officer, Amy Loomis, who works part-time to assure compliance with the zoning ordinance and other land use ordinances.
