<p>The Pittsford Planning Commission is initiating a review of the Town’s zoning regulations beginning with the regular scheduled meeting of April 28<sup>th</sup> at 7:00pm</p>
<p>To conform with certain revised articles of Title 24 VSA Chapter 117, and other amended state statutes, certain sections of our regulations are known to require revision. The Town’s regulations must conform with these state statutes and must be consistent with the goals of our Town Plan. Within these parameters there is an opportunity to adopt to the needs of the local community.</p>
<p>The Planning Commission is requesting public comment, ie; your comments and suggestions.  You can submit your comments via attendance at the meeting on April 28<sup>th</sup>, or by attending subsequent meetings, and/or by submitting your written comments or suggestions.</p>
