S. Markowski, Chairman, called the Zoning Board of Adjustment to order at 7:11 PM.
S. Markowski introduced the members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Motion by N. Michael and seconded by R. Conway to approve the agenda as presented.
S. Markowski stated that this was a continuation of the November 27, 2017 hearing. The applicant has not received the material to be presented.
S. Markowski stated that the applicant has requested an extension on the hearing because they have not received the material to be presented. There was discussion concerning timeframes of the application process, which was explained and Act 250 has no timeline, unless the hearing is specifically adjourned.
Motion by R. Conway and seconded by E. Keith to approve the minutes of the November 27, 2017 meeting. Motion passed unanimously 5 -0. Motion by R. Conway and seconded by N. Michael to approve the minutes of the September 25, 2017 meeting. Motion passed unanimously 5 – 0.
Motion by E. Keith and seconded by N. Michael to recess the hearing to March 12, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Lothrop Gym. Motion passed unanimously 5- 0.
