NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PITTSFORD ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT (ZBA)

At Town Offices, 426 Plains Road, Pittsford VT
At 7:00 pm; the ZBA will conduct Public Hearings to review the following applications:
Application #17-26: Terry & Jane Wilber (Applicants) request a Permit to operate a Boat Sales & Storage facility on a non-conforming one+/- acre parcel of vacant land in the south east corner of intersection of US Rt. 7 and Pinewoods Road (a portion of the C. Carter ownership).
Application 17-30: Ed Keith jr. requests a variance to remove exiting brick and stone work, and construct a 10’ X 13’ wooden deck with railings to improve safe access to the main entrance to their residence at 162 Elm St. A portion of this deck would encroach the prescribed front setback for the Village Zoning District.
Application 17-31: R. Spensley & E. Chadwick request a variance for a small open Porch to improve access to main entry of existing residential unit at 3232 US Rt. 7. The porch encroaches into prescribed front setback for Village Zoning District.
Interested parties should be present, or submit written testimony by the start of the Hearing or they may forfeit their right to appeal the decision of the ZBA. Copies of the Applications are available for review at the Town Office.
