The meeting was called to order at 7:39 PM by Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Chair.
Liquor Board members present: Joseph Gagnon, Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, and Linda Weeden. Absent: Thomas Hooker.
Also present: Tom Carrara, John Haverstock and Kelly Giard, Recording Secretary
NEW BUSINESS
The Liquor Board received one application for consideration.
J. Gagnon made the motion to approve the Noel’s dba Proctor/Pittsford Country Club for a First Class Liquor License. (The license that was approved on March 3 was valid through April 30, 2010.) Motion seconded by L. Weeden. There was also an application discussed with regard to the operation of a “beer cart”, which can be authorized by the Town Clerk, with the proper notification to the Select Board. Passed and signed unanimously 3 – 0. T. Pelkey recused himself from the voting.
The Liquor Board adjourned at 7:43PM.
