The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM by Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Chair.
Liquor board members present: Joseph Gagnon, Thomas “Hank” Pelkey, Allen Hitchcock, Linda Weeden, and Thomas Hooker.
Also present: Bruce Paynter, John Haverstock and Kelly Giard, Recording Secretary
NEW BUSINESS
The Liquor Board received 3 applications for consideration.
J. Gagnon made the motion to approve the Second Class Liquor License for Keith’s Country Store. Motion seconded by T. Hooker. Passed and signed unanimously.
A. Hitchcock made the motion to approve the Tobacco License for Keith’s Country Store. Motion seconded by L. Weeden. Passed and signed unanimously.
T. Hooker made the motion to approve the Noel’s dba Proctor/Pittsford Country Club for a First and Second Class Liquor License and Tobacco License. Motion seconded by J. Gagnon. Passed and signed unanimously. T. Pelkey recused himself from the voting.
The Liquor Board adjourned at 7:10PM.
